The intricacies and complexities of employee health plans can be overwhelming. It's too easy to fall prey to unscrupulous middleman peddling products from carriers that seem a great deal on the face of it - until you need to make a claim.
Either that, or misunderstanding the way premiums are calculated - resulting in a nasty surprise you're locked into for a year or more.
We've Got Your Back
We're specialists in providing employer benefits sales and consultancy to small and medium-sized businesses based in New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut.
Since 2011 we've helped businesses save money while getting great value on a wide range of employee benefits, life insurance, and individual health insurance.
We don’t just act as a broker or a middle-man, reaching out to carriers with a blanket RFP. We take the time to really understand your business - your cashflow ebbs and flows, revenue projections, business growth plans, and so forth.
Only by understanding what makes your business tick can we advise and recommend the best plan that makes sense for your particular situation.
We help you navigate the complex minefield of outwardly-similar providers, plans, and contributions. We help strategize on employee contributions and presentations. We advise, consult and help design the plan. And we'll hold your hand along the way.
Your employees - and business - deserve nothing less.
