Location: Red Bank, NJ

We're seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team!

As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of important functions to support our busy office staff. Qualified applicants must enjoy learning, taking initiative, and being stretched to grow.

You must be extraordinarily organized, with the ability to establish and maintain organizational systems, files and records. You will process email, organize client documentation, and handle incoming phone calls while keeping environments free of clutter and distractions.

You must be able to respond professionally in person, on the phone, and via email to business owners and executives, and have the ability to create, proof, and edit professional documents, presentations, and correspondence that make our company look good.

You must be alert and anticipate needs in advance, always looking for ways to improve our productivity and enhance our work environment. We will look to you to keep our office running smoothly at all times.

You will never be bored, and you will ultimately be an integral part of all our operations.

We are looking for a SUPERSTAR – someone who will make us wonder how we ever survived without you!

This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week. All work will be performed in our Red Bank, NJ office.
