New Jersey’s largest doctor’s society on Thursday joined the opposition to a tiered health plan, known as Omnia, offered by Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, saying the method used to place doctors in different tiers has “devastating consequences” for doctor-patient relationships and is not in the public interest.
